In the case of brewed coffee; Water makes up more than 98% of coffee. However, it is one of the most overlooked components of the coffee preparation. We all know that water is H2O (two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen). But they contain minerals, chemicals, sediment and various contaminants that dissolve in water as soon as they are not treated.

Water quality is not only important for drinking, but also affects the quality and aroma of beverages  and ensures that the equipment used remains durable for a long time. Ignoring water hardness can result in serious equipment damage and repair costs. And when it comes to the effect of water on the aroma of coffee, it becomes a necessity that the water needs to be filtered.

Ice Machines

Whether it's soda, tea, water, or any type of liquid served, ensuring your customer enjoys their beverage is an important part of keeping the customer coming back to you. In this respect, the use of ice also gains importance.  The crystalline form of ice, that is, its appearance, the melting time after and in liquids, and the absence of residue are among the priorities in customer satisfaction.
